Evaluation of players
When evaluating a player you are evaluating them against the highest player in the division. So lets say Billy Brown is the top forward in the division and is a 48. You rank your forwards in comparison to his ranking and abilities.
2. These rankings must be sent to your Division Manager on or before May 23rd. Should we not receive them by this date, teams will still play in the playoff's however their games will count as a forfeit. In other words coaches "GET ER DONE".

attached is the 2012 Playoff Format and Rules document. Please familiarize yourself with this document.
Regular Season Standings
The following tie break rules will be followed for regular season standings. The standings on the website may not reflect this procedure.
IF TWO (2) OR MORE TEAMS ARE TIED IN POINTS, THEN THE TIE BREAKER IS BROKEN IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER:
1. Team with the most wins.
2. Record between teams.
3. Greatest positive goal difference between goals scored minus goals allowed, in games involving only the tied teams.
4. Greatest positive goal difference between goals scored minus goals allowed, from all regular season games.
Gunderson Practices & Contract
Attached is the availability for the Gunderson lacrosse box. Teams interested in booking time slots can email me directly at scheduler@dmbha.com
They will be booked on a first come, first served basis within reason.
Reminder, all players must wear their helmets when practicing at Gunderson, otherwise they are not covered by insurance. Teams can't use DMBHA issued goalie equipment at Gunderson either. And finally, it would also be a good idea to bring a broom with you whenever you are practicing there.

This is an online course, payable by the coach and good for life.
Once completed, please forward James Kew your certification number.
All coaches MUST complete this before playoffs begin.

Coaches:
Please ensure the HOME TEAM has a NEW game ball for the start of each game. You are given 10 at the season start so this should not be a problem.

Ball Hockey Coaches / Managers
“Welcome to another season of Delta Minor Ball Hockey…”
Please take a few minutes to read through this posting. It covers off things you need to know about the upcoming season. No need to memorize it all – just be familiar with it.
You will soon receive the Equipment pick up schedule via your Division Manager.
It shows the date and time you are to pick up your equipment.
At that time you will receive:
• A complete set of jerseys (more than you need, but take them all)
• Goalie equipment (chest protector, pads, glove, blocker, stick, guard, bag)
2 Man Deep Rule - No excuses, No exceptions.
A reminder of the 2 deep policy;
At all times there must be a minimum of 2 adults present in the dressing rooms or areas 'out of clear sight' meaning hallways, medical rooms, anywhere that you cannot be seen 100% "in public" while in the presence of a minor.If for any reason you find yourself momentarily not in 2 deep, you must immediately remove yourself from the dressing room and find an adult to assist you.

2012 Season Stats:
Please Ensure the Full Names of the players are listed on the Game sheet - We are taking our stats from team based and growing this to include Individuals stats including goals & assists. We need the full name in order to add up the stats for each players.
Please ensure your scorekeeper records the goals & assists accurately on the game sheet. This information will further aide us next year in forming balanced teams.
