It is with great pride and honour that we announce Keenan Monkhouse has been
selected to the U18 Junior Team Canada and Colin Catchpole has been selected to the
U 16 Junior Team Canada.
We know our Delta boys will represent Canada, Delta Minor Ball Hockey and the sport
of Ball Hockey with respect and honour; for it is a privilege to be part of this
auspicious team.
We wish to congratulate both boys and their families.

Q. How do I register my son/daughter to play ball hockey?
A. You can register either Online or In Person (Open Registration – Sungod Arena). Please note space is
limited therefore we highly recommend ONLINE REGISTRATION to ensure your son/daughter acquires
a spot.
Q. How will I know if you received my registration online?
A. You will receive a confirmation once you register to which is forwarded to our website database.
Q. My son/daughter wants to play with his/her friend is that ok?

Refund Policy
DMBHA Refund Policy
• A full refund will be returned upon notification (email to registrar and one of the presidents) on or before March 4, 2012.
• Refund requests after March 4, 2012 are subject to a $75.00 administration fee.
• No refunds will be issued after March 15, 2011 except for medical reasons. A doctor’s note will be required and the refund will be pro-rated.
